Regency Room
Boardroom
The Regency Room is located on the lower level of SIGN on Broadway. It contains a large whiteboard , podium with microphone, a sound system, wifi and virtual meeting capability.
Maximum occupancy is 150 people.
Approximately 3,500 square feet
The Boardroom is also located in the lower level hallway. It has 10 comfortable boardroom chairs, a large boardroom table, a large TV screen, wifi and virtual meeting capability.
Maximum occupancy is 10 people.

Queensland Room
The Queensland Room in the Triple P Learning Centre can accommodate up to 18 persons. WiFi and audio visual equipment is available.
Sanders Room
The Sanders Room in the Triple P Learning Centre has a capacity of 12 persons, and is equipped for audio-visual use. WiFi is available.

All rooms except the Victoria Room have television screens for displaying laptop content, replacing projectors.

A half day is considered four hours or less. A full day is any period over four hours.

There may be an additional charge if you require early entry for special meeting set up (centre pieces, information packages, etc.) depending on availability of the room.

One half of the room charge will be billed for less than 24 hours notice of cancellation.

Meals ordered for renters by SIGN will include a 20% charge for ordering and gratuities.

Meals, coffee, bottled water, juice, muffins and cookies available on request.

The rental rooms are located at SIGN on Broadway, 345 Broadway Street West in Yorkton.
The Regency Room and Boardroom are on the lower level accessible by stairs and elevator. The Queensland and Sanders Rooms are in the Triple P Learning Centre at ground level.
